Paul Hermelin, CEO, Capgemini GroupCapgemini Group announced revenues rising 13% to $11.9 billion and net income doubling to $602 million. The stronger-than-expected earnings reports shows that Capgemini has embraced a “global delivery model” and “we’re mastering multishore delivery”.

With the integration of Kanbay and its 5,000 employees completed, 2007 saw the company strategy shift to becoming a “seamless organisation that integrates on-and offshore people”.

Paul also dismissed rumours of a reported takeover and stated the company would increase its offshore workforce as well as showing a good outlook for 2008 but “monitoring the economic environment.”
