This reports provides an in-depth look at the High Net Worth marketplace in the Asia-Pacific region and builds on the World Wealth Report released in June 2009.
With unprecedented market change and the continued fallout from the global economic
downturn, this year’s reports looks at the key trends affecting high net worth
individuals (HNWIs).
This year’s report examines the effects of the crisis on Asia-Pacific’s HNWIs
and their wealth, but also argues that the region and its HNWIs should recover
at a faster pace than the world’s wealthiest nations.
The report highlights that China and India, will become drivers to the return
of global economic growth in the years ahead, likely to increase the region’s
HNWIs to a more dominant position among the ranks of the world’s wealthy.
