Rapid Solution Development Delivers Results Quickly
Our approach to every project has an embedded planning process, which is seamlessly executed:
Step 1: Discover - The Discovery Day is a half-day session enabling clients to become familiar with the ASE process and methodology, experience our unique collaborative environment and proven facilitation process.
Step 2: Define - During this planning meeting, the right 3-7 executives define the purpose, objectives, outputs, inputs, participants and logistics for the upcoming ASE session.
Step 3: Design/Develop - We work with participants to mobilise the right people, build the requisite fact base, architect the event and coordinate the logistics during this 3-7-week preparation phase.
Step 4: Deliver - The ASE DesignEvent™ is our highly-structured, facilitated session where 40, 60, 80 or 100+ participants are guided through a structured decision-making process.
Step 5: Document - After the ASE session, our team works for 24 - 48 hours to prepare an executive
summary of the work as well as a detailed web-based journal.
