Siebel Upgrade

The Siebel Upgrade Factory is a distributed project delivery platform that reduces both development costs and project risks while implementing a methodology that is repeatable and designed to reap the full benefits of CM initiatives.

The Siebel Upgrade Factory maximises the contributions of an integrated team that includes the client, Capgemini, Siebel and other vendors selected by the project’s program office. In this distributed approach, teams are organized based on threads of work and competency, promoting an operating model where geographic boundaries become transparent. The business workstream is closely associated with the client whereas the Siebel configuration & development team resides offshore.
