Capgemini UK plc has won the Partner of the Year Award for Sales and Marketing in the Custom Development Solutions category at the 2006 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Program Awards.

Capgemini UK was awarded the Partner of the Year Award for Sales and Marketing in the Custom Development Solutions category at the 2006 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Program Awards. The company was chosen out of an international field of top Microsoft Partners as delivering market-leading customer solutions built on Microsoft technology. The awards were distributed at a ceremony on July 12 in Boston, MA, at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference. Capgemini was recognised for superior Sales and Marketing in the Custom Development Solutions category. The Custom Development Solutions Award recognises the year’s top partners in providing custom-developed solutions to customers who require value-added capabilities. Capgemini UK won this award by developing a patient portal solution for NHS Wales that will benefit patients by increasing their ability to care for themselves.
