The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) is the government department that represents the UK’s interests overseas.
The FCO needed help as their business processes were not integrated and used disparate IT systems resulting in lack of access to accurate and timely management information.
Capgemini developed ‘The Prism Programme’ solution. This is a major change programme which will transform the FCO’s working practices and IT systems. Prism will be implemented world-wide in over 200 locations.
Prism will allow FCO to make faster and better decisions and manage their people and finances more effectively. It will also bring about widespread change in the FCO’s internal operations and enable users around the world to access reliable up-to-date data.
