What is it Like to be Outsourced?
Dele Kuponiyi
is a Aspire Service Manager who joined Capgemini as part of the Inland Revenue
Aspire outsourcing deal.
He has carried out a number of roles over the last five years, mainly in the area
of Service Delivery and Service Management.

Naturally, Dele was initially a bit apprehensive about his move to Capgemini:
“In the IT world, or any world at that, nobody jumps for joy at the prospect of having to transfer from what is the known to a totally new and unknown world. However, nine months down the line I am happy to say that moving to Capgemini has been one of the best career moves I have ever made. In what is really such a short time, I have had the opportunity to meet some new friends and work with some great people who bring fresh new ideas to the table.”
Dele is excited about his future with Capgemini:
“This is a company that truly recognises and nurtures an individual’s skills and abilities. I have recently been made responsible for the end-to-end IT service into the London Head Office of the Inland Revenue and I am looking forward to working with my colleagues old and new to provide service that will delight our customer.”
