To help me attain this qualification the company supported me by offering financial sponsorship and time off to attend college lectures - I also received study leave during the exam period.
Being serious about a career in Human Resources I needed to gain this qualification anyway but having 100% backing from the company made life a great deal easier! It’s also good to know that the company supports development for all employees not just those in an IT role.
