When it comes to outsourcing, there is no doubt that our track record of treating people as individuals, behaving with integrity, honouring our commitments and managing effective people processes are key factors in successfully winning and delivering business. That’s why we place so much emphasis on this in our company.

We have a lot of experience in enabling people to join us as part of outsourcing deals - over 10,000 people have done so over the last 35 years from 450 other organisations!

For many of those 10,000 people, the whole transfer experience was a roller coaster of emotions. From shock, to uncertainty, to positive recognition of the new possibilities Capgemini could offer. We know what its like, for many of us joined the company as part of an outsourcing deal ourselves! We therefore set out to remove uncertainty as quickly as we can, to get to know each person as an individual, be open in communication, to engage with employee representatives, and to encourage freedom to ask questions and give straight answers. This, together with an imaginative approach to terms and conditions that ensures fairness and equity, enable us to build a spirit of trust and allow new relationships to be formed, and build a good future.
