It summarizes principles for career development in Capgemini and defines what is expected in terms of skills and competencies at each grade during your career with us. It also provides a set of required and recommended training courses which will help you achieve the expectations for your grade.
This is made up of three elements:
- The core business capabilities and skills shared by all professionals
- Capabilities specific to your professional group e.g. Consulting, Outsourcing, or Technology
- Capabilities and skill sets specific to your role.
