If you’re a recruitment consultancy, temporary agency or search and selection firm looking to supply candidates to Capgemini, please read this message.
Permanent staff recruitment
Capgemini Consulting: Capgemini Consulting operates a Preferred Suppliers List (PSL) for all permanent recruitment, including business/management consultants. There is no requirement to extend this PSL.
Technology Services: Technology Services operates a Preferred Suppliers List (PSL) for all permanent recruitment. There is no requirement to extend this PSL.
Outsourcing Services: All recruitment for Outsourcing divisions including Aspire is managed through an outsourced recruitment solution with Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS). AMS operates a Preferred Supplier List (PSL). There is no requirement to extend this PSL.
Graduate recruitment: Capgemini does not use recruitment agencies for graduate recruitment.
Contract and temporary recruitment
Manpower/Elan delivers a Flexible Resource service across all our contract and temporary recruitment needs. This arrangement extends throughout our Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing divisions including Aspire. Manpower/Elan operate their own Preferred Supplier List (PSL) and this is not managed by Capgemini.

We do not accept speculative CVs from any source. Capgemini will not accept any terms relating to unsolicited CVs sent from unapproved suppliers direct to our business.
We refer all suppliers to the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, in particular to Regulation 17 where it provides that before the first time an agency or employment business provides services to a hirer, other than the provision of information in the form of a publication, it must agree with the hirer the terms and conditions which apply or will apply between them.
For Capgemini this means all recruitment suppliers must agree to and sign Capgemini’s Terms and Conditions before supplying services. Any suppliers attempting to send unsolicited CVs to Capgemini will be deemed to be in contravention of the Regulations.
