A Healthy Outlook

Our offices around the world have introduced initiatives to promote employee wellbeing including:

  • work-life balance programmes
  • stress management
  • improvement of employee-manager relationships
  • better working conditions.

New learning & development modules provide work-life balance programmes covering issues such as “stress and vitality”, “conflict prevention” and health.

Spotlight on Wellbeing in the UK

In addition to the above, in the UK we have a health, safety and well-being initiative known as LifeStyles. The aim of the initiative is to:

  • Encourage a healthy working environment  
  • Provide interesting tips, facts (based on research) and self-help information on various health-related subjects such as LifeStyles, diet and nutrition, exercise and relaxation.  
  • Take a further positive step to looking after our ‘extraordinary people’.

The initiative offers our employees a wide range of events, advice, guidance, discounts and benefits. Where possible, employees are encouraged to set up their own events such as lunchtime walks and on site yoga classes. Advice and guidance is offered on a variety of issues such as giving up smoking, cancer awareness, overcoming jetlag, healthy eating, time management and relaxation techniques.  Discounts and benefits are available to all staff for a selection of goods and services, including gym membership.
