Community activities

Local initiatives

Locally we support causes close to the hearts of our people. We encourage employees to donate their time, energy and creativity to community initiatives and to gain a better understanding of the communities around us. We offer help and encouragement through funded volunteering days, matching of fundraising through our Community Impact Awards, and tools for our people to publicise their efforts and gain further support.

National initiatives

Nationally we have two partners; we are patrons of The Prince's Trust, supporting disadvantaged young people to change their lives. We also work with Business in the Community, a business-led charity supporting companies to combine improving their business performance with creating a sustainable future for people and the planet. Students on our Schools Programme get a taste of a wide range of business careers.

Global initiatives

Globally we support the Naandi Foundation, a leading charity based in India, where we have over 20,000 people delivering services both internally and to our clients. We support the charity's Nanhi Kali initiative to sponsor the education of young girls through employee payroll giving and fundraising.
