Overview

Capgemini's aim is to recruit the best people, and keep them. That means making the most of them and their talents, and helping them make the most of their careers with us.

We have a variety of approaches to doing this. For example:

We choose and develop employees on the basis of their talents, and without regard to age, disability, gender, race, religious belief or sexual orientation. We value difference, and actively promote the principles of diversity in our employment practices. Every effort is made to adapt to different needs and to enable people to work with us effectively and enjoyably in a variety of personal circumstances.

We invest heavily in Learning & Development to keep our people at the top of their game, for the benefit of our clients, our company and the employees themselves. We have a corporate L&D team plus a dedicated L&D manager for each discipline. Three group universities worldwide, plus a variety of internal and external training methods, add up to a comprehensive blended approach. Again, all staff are treated equally, whether they are long-standing employees or have just joined us as new recruits or through TUPE transfers.

We are equally committed to looking after our people so that they achieve peak performance, and stay with us.  We are continually putting in place programmes to promote and protect individual wellbeing and health, while also taking steps to ensure a healthy working environment (we consistently exceed statutory requirements in this area). A mixture of face-to-face, telephone and online resources allows each individual to get the help they need, confidentially and round the clock.
